For this purpose we may be sharing the Name and Age of your child; your (parent’s) contact details with other facilitators, experts and learning centres that have been vetted by us and form a part of our network of learning spaces.
Outside of this we will not disclose individual Child/Parent information to any person outside for any other purpose, unless required by law, in which case we shall do so with Parental consent. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy as mentioned above. Primary responsibility of the Parent
The Learning Community at Quest (hereinafter called Quest), will be the primary space which the learners under The Unschooling Project will access. It is hereby clarified that Quest is not a School but a Resource Centre that students and parents can access on an agreed basis as a part of The Unschooling Project. Quest or The Unschooling Project do provide services that are in nature like a school or any other learning environment.
It is the primary responsibility of the Parent of the Learner to enroll their child as a private candidate under a recognised Board like IGCSE or NIOS and take checkpoint exams as and when required.
The Unschooling Project is also not responsible for the Learner appearing for exams as required by the Board(s) under which the student is registered. Although, if the Learner wishes to appear for these exams, The Unschooling Project, as a part of curating the overall learning experience, will provide all necessary resources and mentorship to the Learners who have signed up, so they feel well prepared for the examinations.
